Most watch buyers use a price list. Every Rolex Submariner gets the same number, regardless of reference, dial variant, or originality. We treat every watch as the individual it is — identifying the exact reference, assessing condition against collector standards, and providing a written valuation that explains every figure.
There is a meaningful difference between a specialist watch buyer and someone who buys anything with a resale margin. A pawnbroker or generic valuables buyer uses a price list — "Rolex Submariner: £X, Omega Seamaster: £Y". That approach ignores the reference, the condition, the originality, and the current state of the collector market.
The difference between a Rolex Datejust in one reference and another can be £8,000 on the same wrist. A Patek Philippe Nautilus in one dial colour commands a 40% premium over another. A Speedmaster pre-moon with a signed crown is worth more than one with a replacement crown — even though they look identical in a photograph.
Specialist buyers know these distinctions and value accordingly. Generic buyers do not — and the seller pays the price.
Many watch buyers offer a verbal quote over the phone or at the counter. A verbal quote has no accountability — it can be reduced once the watch is in hand, withdrawn if market conditions change, or simply less informed than a proper assessment. A written valuation that explains its working is the only one worth trusting — because it is the only one you can challenge.
Our YouTube live unboxing is unique in the UK luxury watch buying market. Your parcel is opened on camera before anyone touches the watch, recording its condition the moment it arrives. Combined with our insured postage, your watch is protected from the moment you hand it to the courier.

Request a free valuation →What luxury watch brands do you buy?
We buy all major luxury brands: Rolex, Patek Philippe, Audemars Piguet, IWC, Cartier, Omega, Breitling, Tag Heuer, Longines, Tudor, Jaeger-LeCoultre, Vacheron Constantin, A. Lange & Söhne, Blancpain, Panerai, Hublot, Richard Mille, Zenith, and many more. We also consider vintage luxury watches from brands that may no longer be active, such as Universal Genève, Heuer, and Movado.
Will you buy a luxury watch without box and papers?
Yes. The majority of luxury watches we purchase are sold without original box and papers. Their presence adds value — the extent depends on the brand and reference — but absence is never a reason to decline. The written valuation will specify what, if any, premium the paperwork would add.
Do you buy luxury watches in poor condition?
Yes. Condition is assessed and reflected in the valuation — it is not used as a reason to decline. For some vintage pieces, original honest wear is actually preferable to a heavily restored example. The written valuation explains exactly how condition has affected the offer.
How do I know I will get a fair price?
Our written valuation shows the comparable recent sales we have used — not just a number. You can research those comparable sales independently. If you believe we have undervalued your watch, decline and have it returned free of charge. No other buyer commits this level of transparency to the process.
Can I sell multiple luxury watches at once?
Yes. Each watch is valued individually. You can accept the offer on some and decline on others — no all-or-nothing pressure. Particularly useful for inherited collections where you may want to keep certain pieces and sell others.
How quickly will I receive payment?
Payment is made within 72 hours of accepting the offer — a written contractual commitment with a 3% penalty if we miss it. No other UK luxury watch buyer puts a financial penalty on themselves for late payment.
